Meet Our Team

Bob started with Major Motors in December of 1971 as an Admin Clerk. He worked his way up to Accounting before eventually being appointed as the General Manager in 1985. He was appointed as the Managing Director in 1987, after being in the industry since 1965! From 1987 - 2019 he has also served on the Isuzu Truck Dealers of Australia Association. Bob has spent 22 years on the Motor Vehicle Licensing Board and 25 years on the Motor Trade WA Board of Management.

Daniel joined Major Motors in 1999 as a member of the service department, before eventually making the transition to the sales team. In 2010 he moved to our O’Connor branch to become the Sales Manager of our Isuzu Ute franchise. He has since grown alongside the business until in 2019 he was appointed General Manager and a Director of Major Motors.

Frank started with Major Motors in 1989, and has since grown alongside the company. He became a Sales Manager in 1995, a position he holds today. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, he is an expert in the Isuzu field.

Pete started in the industry in 1983 and joined the Major Motors team in 2006 as our New Light and Used Truck Sales Manager. He has since grown the Used Truck department to be affectionately known as the “Best Presented Used Trucks in WA”.

Michael is our Sales Manager based out of our Bibra Lake branch. He started with the company in early 2011 and assisted with the implementation of the Isuzu Ute franchise alongside Daniel Pearce. He has since developed his knowledge of trucks and is now dedicated to truck sales whilst also assisting in the ute department when required.

Lee is one of the newest members of our team, starting with our team as the Assistant Service Manager at our Forrestfield branch. He has since been promoted as the Service Manager for our Bibra Lake branch! Lee has been in the industry for over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Service team.

David is our Service Manager based out of our Forrestfield branch after recently making the switch from Bibra Lake. He has been with Major Motors since 2016 and brings with him over 30 years of experience in the industry! Dave is passionate about providing high levels of customer service and ensuring our clients have an excellent experience when they visit our dealership.

Dave has been our Parts Manager since 2017, and is based out of our Forrestfield branch. He brings with him over 42 years’ experience in the Trucking industry and is an asset to our team.

Simone is our Parts Manager based out of our Bibra Lake branch. She has been with Major Motors since 2003 and has spent quite a while in the industry!

Neil has been the Pre-Delivery Manager at Major Motors for over 15 years! He's been working in the industry since he was 17 years old, and in his spare time enjoys restoring vintage cars and creating art from scrap metal.

Steve joined the Major Motors team in 2007 and today holds the role of being our dedicated Finance Manager, based out of our Bibra Lake branch. He has over 24 years in the industry!

Frank started with Major Motors in 1989, and has since grown alongside the company. He became a Sales Manager in 1995, a position he holds today. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, he is an expert in the Isuzu field.

Pete started in the industry in 1983 and joined the Major Motors team in 2006 as our New Light and Used Truck Sales Manager. He has since grown the Used Truck department to be affectionately known as the “Best Presented Used Trucks in WA”.

Shane is one of our Sales Consultants and has been with Major Motors since 2009. He has been selling trucks with our sales team since 2011, and has over 20 years of experience in the industry!

Richard is one of our Sales Consultants dedicated to Fleet Sales and his existing customers. He joined Major Motors in 1988 and has spent over 36 years in the industry. Richard has been a Team Elite Award recipient from day one and has also received the Legends Award and National Award from Isuzu Australia.

Nestor is one of our Sales Consultants and has been with Major Motors since 1986. He has over 43 years’ experience in the industry! Outside of work he has been given many awards, including a Legacy Award from the Filipino Community Council of WA. Just this year Nestor also received the 2020 Citizen Award from the City of Bayswater!

Danny started with Major Motors in 2007 and is one of our Sales Consultants dedicated to looking after the Fleet and Retail sector. He’s been in the industry for over 18 years and brings with him a wealth of knowledge. When he’s not busy selling trucks, Danny enjoys playing Basketball and Netball.

Lauren started with Major Motors in 2005 as a Sales Administrator. She grew with the company and was offered a role as a Sales Consultant for Local Government back in 2011, a position she holds today. Lauren has thrived in her role at Major Motors, having won Employee of the Year awards for both 2006 and 2011.  

Brent is one of our new truck Sales Consultants, focusing on Mining and State Government sales. He has been at Major Motors since 1997 and has over 30 years’ experience in the industry! Brent is also an experienced Boilermaker/Welder and loves designing and building projects for our customers.

Matt joined the Major Motors team in January of 2014 as one of our dedicated Sales Consultants. Prior to his time at Major Motors he had spent an additional 12 years in the industry. Matt is a knowledgeable Sales Consultant who enjoys forming relationships with his customers.

Garry has been a part of the Major Motors team since 2009 as our Customer Care Specialist and Service Agreement guru. Prior to his time at Major Motors, Garry worked in Sales and IT, and was even Director of his own company!
