Isuzu Assist
Isuzu Assist is a comprehensive 24-hour genuine Isuzu roadside assistance program.
It applies to all N, F, FX and Giga Series trucks from 2 tonne payload models to the 68 tonne GCM prime movers for three years from the time of purchase.
Only authorised Isuzu truck specialists are sent to assist, not just for mechanical breakdown work but for having run out of fuel, lost keys, flat tyre or battery or any other problem that comes with spending time on the road.
Priority Service Agreements
Essentially there are three levels: Priority One and Priority Total for new trucks and Priority Heritage for trucks older than 5 years of age.
